SCAA Staff

Carole Holden, Executive Secretary, has been employed at SCAA since 1981. She is responsible for appointments scheduling, desktop publishing (including the Helping Hands Toolkit and Early Ed Reports) and word processing. Prior to working at SCAA, she worked for the Law Bureau of the NYS Department of Tax and Finance.
