SCAA no longer produces the Helping Hands for Working Families Outreach Toolkit.  The New York State Community Action Association (NYSCAA) is now producing the Toolkit.  Access the Toolkit on the NYSCAA website.

2007 Earned Income Tax Credit Estimator

The NYS Office Of Temporary and Disability Assistance has an on-line estimator to help determine if you may be eligible for the Federal, State, and New York City EITCs.

The US Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service's website can also determine whether you're eligible for the EITC credit, and estimates how much money you're entitled to.  It's also available in Spanish.
