On January 9, 2018, Schuyler Center’s policy team shared data about the well-being of New York children and recommended policy strategies for building better foundations for all the state’s children at a State of New York’s Children Data Briefing at the Legislative Office Building in Albany.

Schuyler Center’s policy team outlined the many challenges facing New York children and families and celebrated recent policy wins for New York families.

Kate Breslin, President and CEO, summed up the briefing by saying, “Schuyler Center identifies and calls out problems because we are hopeful.  We’re hopeful and confident that together, we can build stronger foundations, beat inequity, and create opportunity for all New York children.”
