New Brief: Hopeful Futures for New York’s Children

The Schuyler Center is pleased to share our new brief, Hopeful Futures for New York’s Children: Advancing Child Welfare.

This publication is the result of data analysis; dozens of interviews with child welfare experts and stakeholders; and a convening of advocates, providers and stakeholders that we hosted in the fall of 2015.  Included in the report are a series of recommendations to address some of the complex issues that our child welfare system is charged with addressing. These recommendations helped to form the Schuyler Center’s 2016 Child Welfare Policy Priorities.
